Mr. C L Golchha is the senior most partner of the Firm and has seen countless seasons of evolution of Indian economy and Industry. He qualified as Chartered Accountant in 1977 and has been serving the industry and clients for last four decades. Mr. Golchha has gained very rich experience in Finance and Taxation working with many medium and large sized organizations. He has personally attended more than hundred conferences and seminars on different aspects of GST to refresh his knowledge.
Being the most senior and experienced member of the team, he is considered as the Mentor and Guide of the Firm and every other member of the Firm looks up to him for his guidance and help at every stage.

CA Alakto Majumder
Mr. Alakto Majumder has extensively worked in the fields of finance and taxation, spanning over three decades. His professional career began with Lovelock & Lewes, Chartered Accountants, part of Coopers and Lybrand, back in 1993. With 15 years in senior roles in large corporate organizations, he transitioned into practice.
Throughout his career, he has gained expertise in various aspects of finance, including strategic and financial planning, taxation, and valuation. Notably, he played a role in assisting the advisory group on GST formed by the Government of India in December 2017. Additionally, Mr. Majumder is involved in conducting tax training sessions and has made appearances to discuss tax related issues.
He is also an insolvency professional.

CA Sunil Kumar Gupta
CA Sunil Kr. Gupta became a member of ICAI in May 1998. Having started his professional career with J.C. Bhalla & Co., Chartered Accountants, he has moved into practice since 1999. CA (Dr.) Kirti Gupta
CA (Dr.) Kirti Gupta became a member of ICAI in 2002. She has started her professional career with Kalani & Co., Chartered Accountants and held the position of Internal Auditor in BSES Yamuna Power Limited for about three years before switching to practice. She has invested two decades in the fields of Audit, Taxation, Finance, FCRA and Consultancy. She is also a Certified Concurrent Auditor from ICAI.

CA Abhay Singhal
Mr. Abhay Singhal became a member of ICAI in May 2004. He is in the practice for the past 21 years who began his career by setting up his own practice and building it up from scratch.
